The short version

We collect the information we need to do your work and nothing more. We do not sell it. We do not share it for advertising. You can ask us what we hold about you at any time.

What we collect

When you contact us

Your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and whatever you write in your message.

When you create an account

Your name, email address, phone number, and optionally your company name and address. Your password is never stored in a readable form. What we keep is a scrambled version that cannot be turned back into your password, not even by us.

When we work for you

Records of the jobs we do, their progress, invoices, payments, and messages between us.

Automatically

Your IP address and browser type when you sign in or submit a form. This is used to keep the account system secure, to spot automated abuse, and to limit repeated failed sign in attempts.

What we do not store here

This platform does not accept document uploads. Your passport, tax documents, immigration paperwork, and similar records are not stored on this website. Those are handled separately and are never uploaded to your online account.

We also never store card numbers. When online card payment is available, payment details go directly to our payment processor and we only ever see the last four digits and whether the payment succeeded.

Why we hold it

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that make this business run:

We may also share information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Immigration and tax information

Information you give us for immigration form preparation or tax preparation is used only to prepare what you asked for. It is not shared with anyone else except as the law requires or as you specifically ask.

Tax return information is subject to federal confidentiality rules that limit how we may use or disclose it. We will not use your tax information for any purpose beyond preparing your return without your written consent.

How long we keep it

Account and job records are kept while you are a customer and afterwards for as long as we need them for business, accounting, and legal reasons. Tax records are kept for the period required by federal and state rules. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

Your choices

You can:

Emails about your active jobs, invoices, and account security are part of the service and are not marketing.

Cookies

This website uses one cookie, which keeps you signed in as you move between pages. It is not used for advertising or tracking. Clearing it signs you out.

Security

Connections to this website are encrypted. Passwords are stored in scrambled form. Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it, and administrative actions are logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these responsibilities seriously and will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.

Children

This website is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change with it. Significant changes will be emailed to account holders.
